- 荷物をお受け取りになりましたら、まずは商品をご確認下さい。
不良品や誤配等がございましたら、お手数をお掛けし大変恐縮ですが、まずは商品到着後7日以内に商品発送の際にお送りしておりますメールの返信か、お問い合わせフォームよりメールにて弊社までご連絡下さい。配送料弊社負担にて正しい商品と交換させて頂きます。
色・サイズ交換に関しては、交換商品がある場合、送料お客様負担にて同様に対応させて頂きます。

◆ 一度でもご使用（クリーニング等含む）になった商品
◆ お客様でのお手入れなど、加工された商品
◆ お客様の元でキズや汚れが生じた商品

◆お客様都合(イメージと違う等)
◆商品到着後8日以上経過した商品
